A few weeks ago, Women Too Africa in collaboration with Black Girls In Tech Nigeria came together to do a thing for young girls in Secondary school in Ibadan , Nigeria.
We believe strongly that the tech age has come to stay and it's very important for our girls to have a foundation in tech. We can achieve this by teaching them basic tech skills.
During this workshop for Secondary School girls , the girls were taught how to create documents in Microsoft Word and craft presentations in PowerPoint. This will help apart curiousity, and inspire confidence.
